As a proactive marketer, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will research market trends and buying behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Create multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and events to engage target audiences.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing collateral, to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including automation workflows, to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure seamless transitions to the sales team.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize ROI.
  • Prepare reports on campaign progress and performance versus targets.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for legaltech or SaaS industries.
  • Results-driven experience in lead generation.
  • Account-based marketing experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with CRM software is an asset.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Client-oriented mindset and consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Fluency in Business English.
