About Your New Role

We are looking for an Email and Automation Specialist who will play a key role in delivering the marketing and communications plans across the business, including brand campaigns, internal campaigns, and campaigns for individual service sectors. You will be responsible for delivering digital communication projects and marketing technology (martech) implementation. You will support a high performing team of marketing professionals to deliver annual marketing plans.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns and solutions aligned with Better Rehab's goals and objectives.
  • Preparing content for publishing on various digital platforms, including social media, website pages, email newsletters, and blogs.
  • Managing content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

You will oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Better Bulletin, and/or Mailchimp to promote Better Rehab's services, events, and initiatives. You will monitor email metrics and implement strategies for improving campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop new and maintain existing email automation systems.

We're seeking someone with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, proven experience in digital and email marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
