Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement client payroll rules and stay updated on changing DOLE regulations
  • Obtain client sign off on all payroll calculations and reports during implementation
  • Motivate the team to ensure client satisfaction and employee satisfaction
  • Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
  • Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in leading a team of payroll specialists calculating payroll for multiple clients
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
Salary Range:

40K - 60K
