Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical analysis and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design and analyze experiments and statistical tests to uncover drivers of performance.
  • Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into operational insights.

Additional responsibilities include building dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, conducting applied analytics, and working with moderate-to-large datasets.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R, as well as experience working with statistical modeling and experimental design.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing, is also desired.

  • SQL: Highly proficient in using SQL to query and manipulate data within relational databases.
