Job Description

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for the processing of account receivable, revenue, and collection functions. This includes preparing, printing, and posting of invoices, handling client accounts, recording sales invoices on the ODOO system, issuing sales invoices/credit notes, and approving contracts for tagging and delivery.

The incumbent will also be in charge of printing vatable delivery receipts, posting payments of contracts, preparing daily bank reconciliations, summarizing receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, preparing and sending Statements of Account (SOA) to respective branches, communicating with the sales team for receivables that must be billed, contacting customers to resolve late or non-payment of invoices, and processing Direct Debits in a timely manner.

Maintaining an up-to-date aged analysis is also a critical function of this role. The successful candidate will ensure the safekeeping, proper recording, and filing of all documents, as well as the timely submission of reports and accomplishment of tasks.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are essential, as is familiarity with relevant accounting principles and practices. The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads is also crucial.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in Makati City with a Monday-to-Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
