We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader to contribute to the growth and success of our projects through strategic sales leadership and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales and possess strong analytical skills, including market research and competitor analysis.

The Sales Leader responsibilities include:

  1. Market Analysis: Assessing sales data, ensuring proper documentation, and identifying market opportunities to support sales strategies and goals.
  2. Inventory Management: Providing inventory, pricing and project updates, ensuring they are well prepared. Supports marketing efforts for events and open houses.
  3. Presentation Skills: Leading effective presentations, tailoring them to market needs and addressing seller concerns; suggests improvements to materials and provides expert responses to complex inquiries.
  4. Process Improvement: Ensuring compliance with documentation standards and recommending process improvements, identifying and resolving common issues and collaborating with sales admin to maintain efficiency.
  5. Sales Strategy Refining: Analyzing market conditions and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Provides insight from sales data, identifies emerging opportunities, and collaborates to align findings with sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any four-year program (preferably Business or Real Estate related program)

Work Experience: at least 5 years in Sales
