Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Generalist to join our team at Outpost Specialty Concepts Inc. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including accounting, human resources, and administrative tasks.

About the Role
This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have experience in accounting and HR functions, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. At least 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Knowledge of accounting software and systems
6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
