Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technical drafter to create precise and detailed drawings for various projects, including electric and plumbing plans, as well as basic elevation designs. This role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings.

  • Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for various projects
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings
  • Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications and standards
  • Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings
  • Able to interpret and understand technical specifications and blueprints
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with other CAD software and design tools
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to electrical and plumbing systems
