Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality user interfaces and APIs, participate in agile sprints, contribute to planning, code reviews, and testing, integrate and optimize AI tools and APIs to improve workflows and product functionality, communicate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Japanese (written, spoken, and listening)
  • Solid experience with the MERN stack
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams
  • Strong understanding of Git and development best practices
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automation scripts) for productivity and efficiency
