Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan that aligns with company objectives and incorporates sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Track sales goals and report results regularly, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the performance of your sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to generate high-quality leads and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

We're seeking a highly skilled sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
