Campus Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to connect with colleges, universities, and vocational schools. This role involves building partnerships, presenting opportunities, and scheduling presentations to promote student participation in our driver platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and contact career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at educational institutions.
  • Present the RidenRoll opportunity as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
  • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, digital brochures, campus boards).
  • Provide weekly progress reports and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
  • Collaborate with marketing and driver onboarding teams to ensure a smooth application process for student referrals.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with professionals and students.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • Passion for education, economic mobility, and student success is a plus.
