Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.

This is an opportunity to work with different tools and databases to review data and execute processes as defined by the client and/or management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers with high levels of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
  • Evaluate proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations
  • Execute assigned processes according to client and/or management guidelines
  • Maintain productivity and quality targets
  • Report process deficiencies to guarantee accurate task execution
  • Create and finish projects delegated by the client
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to accomplish projects
  • Review submissions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Deliver exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Candidate should be analytical and possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field preferred
  • Prior experience in a related field is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM applications beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
