Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our digital storefront operations on Etsy. As a highly organized and SEO-savvy individual, you will lead our efforts in creating and managing listings for downloadable products, ensuring they are fully optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.

  • Create and manage digital download listings on Etsy, utilizing your knowledge of the platform's algorithm and keyword optimization techniques.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement best practices for Etsy SEO.
  • Develop compelling, search-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags that drive traffic and conversions.
  • E nsure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot customer access issues with professionalism.
  • Design or coordinate visually appealing product visuals using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Monitor shop analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust listings accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with Etsy algorithm updates, SEO trends, and marketplace policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Listing Management: Upload, edit, and manage digital download listings on Etsy.
  2. Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct research and implement strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  3. Content Creation: Craft high-quality, SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and tags.
  4. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers regarding digital downloads and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Digital Product Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital files to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products.
  • Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword tools, and listing optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital file formats (PDF, PNG, ZIP, etc.) and delivery automation methods.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and optimize listings accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
