Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading and streamlining operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.

You will identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance. Your expertise in e-commerce software, particularly Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps, will enable you to quickly learn new software and understand how programs interact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of at least one year of success in operations or e-commerce management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms
  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem
