Job Title: Lead C# Software Engineer

This is a highly demanding role that requires an experienced professional to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using C#. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#, excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills, and experience in MS SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using C#.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming techniques to create efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to react well and quickly to frequent project demands and requirement changes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to multi-task.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in web application development on a multi-developer team.
  • Experience working with IIS 7.0/6.0+.
  • Knowledge in design patterns.
  • TFS, GIT/Github Experience.
  • Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, jQuery, MVC.NET, React, Material UI, Bootstrap, Javascript.
