**Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Role**This is a business support role that enables successful exit strategies for entrepreneurs. The position requires delivering strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary Broker will manage a portfolio of sellers, providing time-sensitive support from initial onboarding to deal closure.
  • Strategic advice and guidance are essential throughout the transaction process, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Manage listings for existing sellers and support their sales journey, monitoring listing performance and fielding buyer inquiries.
  • Conduct valuation-driven analysis of client-provided financial statements to determine an appropriate valuation range.
  • Support the management and coordination of legal documents generated by the platform, such as Letters of Intent and Sale and Purchase Agreements.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in M&A, Brokering, or Sales roles.
  • Business analysis and process improvement skills are highly valued.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace environment or digital asset sales is considered an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is highly regarded.
