Your Mission

As a Business Development Representative at UiPath, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers across the SEA region. You will be the first point of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions.
  • Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UiPath's products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
