Objective:

  • To create high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs.

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Software Engineer to join our engineering organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend services and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Design and Development: Develop efficient and maintainable backend systems and APIs using industry-leading technologies.
  2. Code Quality and Review: Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
  3. Optimization and Troubleshooting: Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high volumes of data and user traffic, and identify and address bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues in the codebase.
Requirements:
  1. Golang Experience: 4-5+ years of proven experience with Golang, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  2. Data Structures and Algorithms: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  3. Concurrency Patterns and Best Practices: Proficiency in Golang and a solid understanding of its concurrency patterns and best practices.
  4. Web Frameworks and Databases: Experience with web frameworks for building APIs and microservices, and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  5. Containerization and Orchestration: Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  6. Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  7. Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively, and excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge with others.
