Join us for a role that's all about sustaining high-performing teams through effective training and development.

We're looking for someone who can assess applicants' skills, knowledge, and competencies to identify training needs. This includes collaborating with managers and team leaders to understand skill gaps and performance issues.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate employees' training requirements and develop programs to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to create engaging and interactive training content using various instructional methods.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback.
  • Implement new training methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle and documentation.
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail; accuracy in reporting and documentation.
