About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Residential Division at Regent Construction International Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project development with a real estate developer, as well as extensive experience executing strategies for high-rise residential projects. They will be proficient in conducting feasibility studies, leading and organizing multidisciplinary teams, and managing design changes to ensure projects remain within budget.

The successful candidate will also have strong negotiation skills with contractors and consultants, ensuring that all material and cost requirements are met. Additionally, they will be responsible for reviewing budgets, controlling costs, and managing design changes to keep projects on track.

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can lead the project team from conceptualization to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management best practices and be able to align company processes with these principles.
