Key Responsibilities:
  1. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing comprehensive ELV plans when necessary.
  2. You will be responsible for conducting measurements and preparing the bill of quantities.
  3. Evaluating contractors' proposals for all PMI (Project Management Instructions), change orders, and other construction-related claims will be a key part of your duties.
  4. Site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals will also be part of your responsibilities.
  5. You will prepare cost estimates for project evaluation and comparison.
  6. Closely working with suppliers to coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids before and during project implementation will be essential.
  7. The successful candidate will conduct a thorough evaluation of technical and commercial bids.
  8. You will update the material and equipment cost database quarterly.
  9. Collaboration with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers will be crucial.
