Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and in a Work from Home setup.

  • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings.
  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
  • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.
