Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Collection Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing monthly collection strategies, managing accounts receivable, and supporting customer reconciliation and reporting.

Primary Tasks
  • Monthly Reports: Prepare and assist with receivable reports and payment strategies.
  • Collection: Implement collection strategies and follow-up with clients via various communication methods.
  • Escalation: Escalate problem accounts to the Collections Leader.
  • Reporting: Prepare routine and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Client Interaction: Act as an escalation point for customer complaints and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Tax Certificates: Follow up with clients for un-submitted Certificates of Withholding Tax (CWT).
  • Adjustments: Ensure accurate encoding of adjustment entries in the system.
Skill Requirements
  • Education: College Level, Undergraduate.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic technical or semi-skilled tasks.
  • Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Operational Excellence, Results Focus, Collaboration, Innovation.
  • Professional Competencies: Computer Proficiency, Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills.
