Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the Northern Philippines region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to increase sales revenue and loyalty.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with assigned accounts to ensure positive working relationships and timely issue resolution.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance against established targets and goals.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports highlighting achievements, progress, potential opportunities, and associated risks.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding product information, marketing initiatives, and related matters.
- Sales Tools: Develop technical sales tools, including product selection instruments and industry-specific presentations.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to explore and define potential avenues for expansion.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or support role.
- B2B industrial experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience in product support and bidding processes.
- Result-driven with the ability to work in challenging business environments.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
