Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Neocareer Philippines.

About the Role: As a Multilingual Clinic Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese patients. This includes acting as the receptionist for the clinic, assisting with Japanese insurance claims, interpreting documents from Japanese to English, and managing daily sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese patients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist with Japanese insurance claims, including processing and managing claims data
  • Interpret documents from Japanese to English, including prescriptions and medical records
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Native or fluency in Japanese
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
