Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial systems. This involves managing all accounting functions, including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions with ease and efficiency.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Provide administrative support, including answering calls and assisting management with office tasks.
- Handle bill payments and ensure timely processing.
- Offer occasional support for order processing or product research as needed.
- QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of experience required.
- Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
- Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English communication skills.
- Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
