Digital Content Coordinator

We're seeking a Digital Content Coordinator who will fuel our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives. You'll be the bridge between internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
- Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
- Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging
