Supervisor of Human Resources and Administration

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Supervisor of Human Resources and Administration to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to employees across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to HR staff, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits and Payroll Management: Design and implement comprehensive benefits packages, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- HR Support: Provide expert guidance and support to employees, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine organizational policies and procedures, aligning them with industry best practices.
- Employee Motivation: Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee motivation and engagement, driving a positive work culture.
- Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, conduct thorough reference checks, and prepare compelling employment contracts.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and transparent manner.
- Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career advancement.
- Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes, ensuring new employees feel welcome and supported.
- Database Management: Manage the organization's employee database, generating reports as needed to inform business decisions.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and present regular HR reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with a proven track record of success.
