Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team at Trinity Workforce Solutions. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Telecommunications, PSD, and AFCS projects for Railway Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement QA/QC plans for Telecommunications Systems, PSD, and AFCS in close coordination with project engineers and design consultants.
2. Establish quality procedures for inspection, testing, and other QA/QC requirements.
3. Draw and review QA/QC documents, including Method Statements, Material Approval Requests, Installation Plans, and Quality Management Systems.
4. Oversee and manage quality assessment of materials, products, and equipment used in Railway Projects.
5. Ensure quality standards are consistently met at all levels.
6. Review technical specifications and recommend standard installation/construction plans and procedures.
7. Review test forms and evaluate results.
8. Conduct site surveys to ensure quality and quantity of materials and equipment.
9. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System and Quality Management Plan in line with legislation, certification, and contract requirements.
10. Prepare monthly QA/QC reports for the Project Manager.

Requirements:
1. Graduate of an Engineering Course, preferably ECE or EE.
2. Licensed is a must; Professional License is an advantage.
3. At least 3-5 years' experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Work Location: Onsite, Makati City, Day Shift
