About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at AI Rudder. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads and ensuring seamless onboarding of new employees.

Main Accountabilities
  • Analyze employee trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and minimize associated risks
  • Work closely with management to resolve conflicts and establish positive working relationships
  • Design and implement programs to promote ethics, values and company culture
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages for new employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to onboard new employees and manage HR-related tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
