About the Role

As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will oversee the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products. You will define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop test plans and scenarios for complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Write automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing and at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Experience in writing automated tests, testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
