Experienced UI/UX Design Expert Wanted

We seek a highly skilled and innovative UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional team and contribute to the creation of impactful designs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Translate user requirements into effective design solutions through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Design, prototype, and refine user interfaces for web applications to ensure seamless alignment with brand identity and product objectives.
  • Conduct thorough UX research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that showcase exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance to provide an optimal user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse web design projects, including comprehensive user research and design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to facilitate effective communication with developers.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.
