We are seeking a highly skilled UX Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate UX tasks and project requirements to internal teams and clients
  • Develop and assign ClickUp tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on task progress and any blockers or challenges encountered
  • Review design requirements and ensure they meet client expectations and design lead approval
  • Coordinate Figma files and designs, guaranteeing consistency and accuracy across all projects
You will be successful in this role if you have:
  • 0-2 years of experience in managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • A general understanding of UI/UX Design and software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Figma and ClickUp, with experience in file management, layer organization, and account administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • A keen eye for detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
Additional qualifications include:
  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience in managing or coordinating UI/UX projects
