Remote Customer Service Representative Opportunity

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our customer service department.
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.
Requirements- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Work from home experience a plus.
- Strong command of the English language essential.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM required.
- High speed internet connection necessary.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) needed.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems beneficial.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
