Lead Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and be able to develop a world-class strategy that drives results. They will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives from end to end, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and setting KPIs to track results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set KPIs and track results to maximise ROI.
  • Present plans confidently to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor additional marketing hires as the business scales.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation:
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel.
Content Creation & Management:
  • Lead high-quality content creation including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
  • Manage and repurpose content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with creatives for visual and written content production.
Campaign Execution & Management:
  • Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars.
  • Monitor performance and improve creative and targeting.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to gather and interpret data.
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports.

Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing required. Excellent English communication skills needed.

A portfolio or case studies showing tangible results is essential.
