Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creative Visual Specialist to join our team.

This role involves using AI tools like Midjourney for architectural and interior background environments, compositing real in-studio photography with Photoshop, and maintaining realism through lighting, shadows, and scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • AI-Driven Lifestyle Imagery: Utilize AI tools for generating background environments, blend elements seamlessly with real photography, and maintain realistic aspects.
  • Graphic Design: Create web banners, social content, print collateral, and repurpose existing assets for new campaigns and seasonal launches.
  • Video Editing: Edit video footage with light motion graphics, manage outsourcing for more complex graphics, and ensure all creative work stays on-brand.
  • File & Asset Management: Organize photos for background removal, review and edit isolated product images, and update Notion with Google file links and tags.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio of Photoshop-based work, especially compositing and product image editing.
  • Demonstrated experience or comfort learning AI image generation tools like Midjourney.
  • Meticulous attention to file management, naming conventions, and delivery formatting.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors for background removal and retouching.

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced motion graphics or animation.
  • Experience working in eCommerce or with physical products.
  • Background or interest in architecture or interior design.
