Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. You should also have strong knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and labor regulations, as well as proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
