Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled data engineer to drive innovation in big data technology, software development, and cybersecurity.

As part of a global agile team, you will design and implement robust and scalable pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions. Collaborating with solution architects, BI developers, data analysts, and stakeholders, you will translate business needs into technical specifications.

Your expertise in Python, data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques will be essential in resolving complex data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data pipelines failures. You will also evaluate the performance of existing processes and optimize them whenever required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing robust and scalable pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
  • Collaborating with solution architects, BI developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand their data requirements.
  • Identifying and resolving complex data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data pipelines failures.
  • Evaluating the performance of existing processes and optimizing them whenever required.
Requirements

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

  • 3+ years of experience in development using Python.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data integration, solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques along with ETL development.
  • 3+ years of experience in Web APIs development.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in SQL and Data Modelling.
  • 1+ year of experience in data level security.

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

  • SAP BW, MicroStrategy.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
