Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales initiatives. This individual will focus on identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing all brands that initiate the sign-up process and their profiles
  • Welcoming new clients over the phone, addressing any questions or concerns, handling objections, and clarifying our value proposition
  • Understanding client needs and managing expectations while educating them on our product
  • Qualifying the most suitable plan for each brand based on cost-effectiveness
  • Setting clear expectations on best practices and what is required from brands to maximize tracking, content promotion, and commission
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce and setting up communication flows
  • Providing regular feedback to our internal team on common insights and objections

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

This role offers competitive benefits and is fully remote, although there is a 3-month training period at our Manila office.
