Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to focus on proposals and bidding for audio-visual projects. The ideal candidate will craft detailed proposals and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos audio-video installations to complex systems with automated shades.

  • Develop and manage accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability
  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines

The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial records
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in project coordination, estimation, and proposal writing
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

This is a full-time position that offers a remote work arrangement with regular working hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
