Financial and Administrative Coordinator

Luminar Realty and Development Corporation is a dynamic company seeking a skilled Legal / Accounting Assistant to support our operations in Quezon City Metro Manila. This role involves providing critical support to both our legal and accounting functions, ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and drafting legal documents, including lease agreements, memorandums of understanding, and service contracts.
- Providing administrative support to the legal team, including document management, filing, and general office duties.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Carrying out other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good reading comprehension and writing skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Strong learning ability, careful, and rigorous in dealing with affairs.
