About the Job

Luminar Realty and Development Corporation is a dynamic company seeking a skilled Legal / Accounting Assistant to support our operations in Quezon City Metro Manila. This role involves providing critical support to both our legal and accounting functions, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing and drafting legal documents, including lease agreements, memorandums of understanding, and service contracts.
  2. Providing administrative support to the legal team, including document management, filing, and general office duties.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  4. Carrying out other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good reading comprehension and writing skills in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Strong learning ability, careful, and rigorous in dealing with affairs.
