Job Description:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoice matches with purchase orders and receiving documents for proper authorization and documentation.
  • Assign correct general ledger account codes to invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AP transactions.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Establish and manage KPIs to measure team performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure clients receive high-quality services.
  • Implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 4-year business degree with at least 12 units of accounting.
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience in BPO/Shared Services.
  • 3 to 5 years work experience.
  • Understanding of Procure to Pay Cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
