Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately input claim information into our system and maintain organized spreadsheets to ensure seamless data management.
- Claim Tracking: Monitor payments and denials, taking swift action to resolve any discrepancies and optimize the claims process.
- Resubmission and Resolution: Promptly resubmit denied or incorrect claims and address related issues to minimize delays and improve patient satisfaction.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver monthly claim billing reports and summaries, providing critical insights to stakeholders and facilitating informed decision-making.
- Insurance Inquiry Management: Effectively handle insurance agency inquiries, resolving claim denials and addressing concerns to maintain positive relationships.
- Experience: Proven experience in medical billing and claims management, with a strong understanding of relevant policies and regulations.
- Skill Set: Proficient in utilizing ClickUp, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Trizetto Simple Claim to manage workflows efficiently.
- Critical Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities to analyze claim denials and determine effective solutions.
