Job Title: Boiler Operations Specialist

QCStyropackaging/Multiplast Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boiler Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and boiler operations to oversee the continuous operation of boilers, ensuring compliance with production plans and plant operation procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing boiler performance in terms of safety, efficiency, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with boiler maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Conducting regular assessments of boiler performance, including safety, efficiency, environmental compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Preparing detailed reports on boiler operations, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly summaries
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve boiler performance and reduce costs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in boiler operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations
