At INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Utility Worker - Maintenance and Landscaping Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Utility Worker - Maintenance and Landscaping Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to keep our facilities in good condition.
Responsibilities:- Clean and disinfect buildings, including floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing water filters, and fixing water leaks.
- Participate in landscaping tasks, including mowing grass, trimming trees, and watering plants.
- Operate equipment such as trucks, forklifts, and other machinery.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
