Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and optimize content that supports sales initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create persuasive materials that drive engagement and enhance the customer journey.

  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with sales team and external sales agents.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to support sales initiatives, ensuring a high standard of graphic quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include creating, editing, and maintaining sales content, designing visually compelling and brand-aligned content, developing customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel, ensuring all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks, collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and complex information into compelling, customer-focused narratives, supporting the continuous improvement of the sales content library, analyzing the performance of sales content through feedback and data insights, and recommending improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
