Job Summary

The Business Process Optimization Manager is responsible for optimizing reporting, analytics, process automation, and system implementation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role focuses on streamlining critical business processes, embedding AI applications, automating workflows, and optimizing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process & System Optimization: Develop and implement automated, standardized, and efficient business processes aligned with company policies. Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • S2P System Optimization & Automation: Lead the automation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows, ensuring seamless procurement, supplier management, and interrelated process flows. Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation strategies to optimize procurement and payment cycles.
  • Policy Review & Risk Management: Review and enhance policies and procedures, ensuring cost-effective controls while fostering innovation. Implement automated compliance checks to monitor adherence to policies.
  • Data Analytics, AI Integration & Automation: Oversee data analytics and reporting automation to enable faster and more accurate decision-making. Ensure AI applications and predictive analytics are embedded into business processes.
  • Project Management & Monitoring: Lead various digital transformation and automation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the successful implementation of automation tools and monitor post-Go-Live performance.
