As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, strong technical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You should possess a focus on quality and continuous improvement, with the ability to work independently and proactively contribute to tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  1. 3rd-level support: Provide timely assistance to users experiencing difficulties with our Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 environment.
  2. Configuration and customization: Tailor AX 2012 to meet business needs, promoting operational efficiency and process improvements.
  3. Development and maintenance: Craft X++ code, reports, and integrations that align with company objectives.
  4. System upgrades and patches: Ensure seamless updates, hotfixes, and performance optimizations.
  5. Documentation creation: Develop clear, comprehensive system documentation.
  6. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to implement business process enhancements.
  7. Performance monitoring: Continuously evaluate system performance and propose optimization strategies.
  8. Data migration and integration: Assist in integrating new systems or processes into our infrastructure.

Key requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
  • Strong knowledge of AX 2012 modules, including Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in X++ programming and MorphX development environment.
  • Experience with AX 2012 architecture, data structures, and customization techniques.
