Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our ads, from conceptualization to execution. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to develop innovative strategies and concepts that resonate with our target audience.

Your input will directly influence both video edit and copy writing processes. You will collaborate with our performance marketers and creative team to ensure that what gets produced actually hits the mark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive conversions.
  • Craft compelling hooks, angles, and visual ideas that speak to the product's core value proposition.
  • Collaborate with teams to bring vision to life through effective communication and project management skills.
  • Analyze performance data to refine ideas and improve future ad campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor ads, and cultural moments to inform content strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist in Ecom Ads.
  • Strong creative thinking with a performance-first mindset.
  • Experience working on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands is preferred.
  • Able to effectively communicate ideas and justify direction.
  • Strategic thinker who understands online buying behavior psychology.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment.

This mid-senior level position requires flexibility during core business hours for meetings and collaboration.
