Job Title: Educational Content Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Educational Content Developer to create engaging and effective learning materials for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing training courses, assessments, and other educational resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training course materials using instructional design techniques and adult learning theory
  • Develop assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness
  • Create training and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery
  • Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and relevant content
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with creative use of instructional design technologies
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, tablets, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and/or appliances preferred
  • Understanding of next generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data
